A complete steal of patrickroy99's trade reviews! I'll review some trades that he never got to! Using the same rating system.

Winner: Edmonton 3/5
Reason:
While Zach Parise is a Talented player, It seems that Minnesota gave up simply too much. Mikhail Grabovski and Nazem Kadri are two very talented forwards, and then Four first round picks to top it off? It never seems sane to trade move two top six guys and four prospects for a single player, unless that player is Crosby or Ovechkin. If you take a step back and look at how Edmonton got Zach Parise, it's pretty clear who wins this trade. The only reason that this is arguably a fair trade, is because all four picks will be late. If Edmonton goes and drafts several bad players, we will have to take another look at the trade, but in this perspective Edmonton is the winner.

When I look at this trade, I really have no idea what Tampa Bay is thinking here. Latendresse is hardly an upgrade from Moore, and Moore's cap hit is smaller. Moore's intangibles are better than Latendresse as well.
The only thing Tampa has going for them here is Latendresse's age. But if Tampa Bay wanted to get younger pieces, why is he moving his 1st round pick? The Lightning's 1st round pick has just as much value as Latendresse here, and even if Moore was an extra piece on the squad, it's a complete waste of value! This trade makes absolutely zero sense for the Lightning, and it's just another step back from their rebuild.

Reason:
This trade was a weird one, and you kind of have to venture deeper into each reasoning to understand the trade. It doesn't really make sense to me exactly why NJ would downgrade on their goalie, while simultaneously giving up a first round pick.
The first round pick is that of Washington, so it will most likely be late.
The problem here was that Bryzgalov was not working out, and had been putting up a bad SV%/GAA. However, I don't see how downgrading to a goalie with worse stats is a viable option. This would be a different story is the trade was simply Bryzgalov for Backstrom.
Even looking at it from that standpoint makes no sense to me. I think the better option for New Jersey here would be to simply keep Bryzgalov until Lehner got the starting position. New Jersey is still a rebuilding team, and will not contend this season, Bryzgalov or Backstrom in the net.

Think of it more like a late 1st for Backstrom, and I lose bryzgalov for nothing (waivers would've been the same)
