The Nashville Predators had a pretty successful deadline making several deals to help this team.

Justin Braun D 26 135000 1 40 52 56 63 75 71 68 76 75 74 76 49 69 57 71 69
In this deal the Preds acquired a starting goaltender who can be counted on when Luongo isn't performing, and they get a better upgrade in the backup position while giving up little .

TO
Devin Setoguchi RW 26 3000000 3 36 82 76 74 73 71 75 80 75 72 55 55 68 77 73 73

The Preds got a top 4 defender and a ok replacement forward for Setoguchi. The preds were looking for a top 4 D that can play on the powerplay and they got it in this trade.

4th
In this trade the preds traded a #2 center who wants 4 million+ to resign for a very similar center who is cheaper + picks. Weiss has better OF stats then Peverley just not in stickhandling, Weiss got a better shot and better passing so I feel this trade was a good one even though the picks aren't good and Peverley is a better two way forward

This one is before the deadline but ill add it in anyways.

The preds get a a ok 1st round pick( Currently 14th overall) and a good young player in Budish who will be playing on my 3rd line soon for a player who was in Trotz's dog house and on the Preds 4th line all year.
