Goalies: 6/10 - Dubnyk will really need to step it up, he isn't the best, and you're starter isn't getting any younger.
Defense: 7.5/10 - it is good, but could use a lot of revamping. Your getting there
Offense: 8/10 - its young, but for right now, you don't seem to have the assets needed to be a cup contending team, very good future team.

For Team Goalies: 8/10 - Its good, will be better once Crawford is fully developed Defense: 5/10 - You've only got Seabrook and Keith, and Keith is only 76 DEF so wont be the best defensively.. Forwards: 7.5/10 - Good offense, Toews, Kane, Hossa, Sharp Overall Depth: 7/10 - not to insult you, and you didnt do much with the Hawks yet so it really shouldnt matter to you. For GM Ability to Win a Trade: 5/10 - Eh, I've seen some you won, some you lost.. Just 50/50. Easiness to Deal With: 9/10 - I've never got anything done with you, but thats only me. Goalies: 9/10- Kipper is aging and you already have his replacement. Defense: 7.5- I'd like to see you add some depth but overall its pretty good Forwards: 8.5/10- That first line is nasty Overall depth- 8/10- Add some depth on defense
For GM Ability to win a trade: 10/10- That Giordano trade was crazy. Easiness to deal with: 9/10- I would of done that kessel/bouw deal if Kessel wasnt one of my favourite players

strengths: good depth. you have solid players on every line and pairing. weaknesses: no high end talent up front. first line seems more like a decent second line. suggestions: trade some of your depth for quality players. overall rating: 6.5/10
ability to win a trade: 5/10, you won some and you lost some easiness to deal with: 8/10, havent been able to come to any deals, but we havent had any problems

strengths- sick first line, three great offensive players and you gotta dirty hitting line as well, solid depth through out the entire roster
weakness- Not really any huge issues, that second line is meh but not a big issue, last defensive pairing is ok
suggestion- if your using a nzt for your second line maybe upgrade jokinen for a better 2 way forward, i dontthink his ch and po is anything special
overall rating 8.7/10
ability to win trade- 9/10- you pretty much changed the whole roster easiness to deal with- i hardly ever negotiate with you so i dont really have an input

brown-richards-stoll williams-kopitar-jagr upshall-belanger-handzus ponikarvosky-lewis-goren doughty-johnson giordano-greene mitchell-sarich quick ersberg Goalies: 8/10 - Quick is solid and will get a touch better still Defense: 10/10 - honestly can't find a negative about this defensive core 3 brick walls and 3 with offensive touch Forwards: 8.5/10 - top 2 lines are pretty dirty, both lines should finish season +20 no problem, one knock would be that they have all hit their plateau other than Kopitar Overall depth: 10/10 - don't see teams this deep that often, for the 30 or so seconds the 4th line is on the ice is the only time a team would be able to take a breather. For GM Ability to win a trade: 8/10 - haven't really followed his trades made, but looking at the team I would assume he's been able to improve. So 8 isn't a very accurate number. Easiness to deal with: haven't dealt with him myself, but I would assume fairly easy My Tampa Bay LightningForwards: Pavol Demitra - Henrik Zetterberg - Martin St. Louis Simon Gagné - Tim Connolly - Milan Michalek Ryan Malone - Dominic Moore - Teddy Purcell Adam Hall - Nate Thompson - Owen Nolan Defence: Tyler Myers - Erik Karlsson Pavel Kubina - Eric Brewer Brett Clark - Marc-André Bergeron Goaltenders: Ryan Miller Mike Smith

strengths: great high end talent- crosby, malkin, letang, fleury are an unreal core weaknesses: defensive depth is lacking, not enough high end quality on the wings rating: 7/10 suggestions: you could get a kings ransom for malkin (or crosby), you could keep a contending team, but add a lot more depth if you one of them. theyre not as big of difference makers in ehm, imo ability to win a trade: your team looks about the same, but oyu have a weaker D. ive seen you win a couple trades so 6/10 easiness to deal with: 8/10 - tough to get negotiations going with you sometimes, but at least your not a dick about it like some other people are Parise - Carter - Briere Umberger - Vermette - Jokinen Ruutu - Clutterbuck - Cole Laperierre - Betts - Dwyer Pronger - Corvo Pitkanen - Quincey Gleason - Hejda Ward Theodore

For Team Goalies: 7/10- Broduer is aging but still a good goaltender. Defense: 6/10- no one stands out in my mind, Larsson is going to be sick though. Forwards: 8/10- Decent depth and a good first line, a upgrade on Zubrus would make it one of the better first lines in the league. Overall Depth: 7/10 Overall rating: 7/10
For GM: Ability to win a trade: 8/10- you've won most of them but I didnt like the Parise deal. Easiness to deal with- 10/10- You never lowballed me and you respond to every PM.

For Team Goalies:8/10 Nabokov is very solid and when he is ready to retire or your ready to trade him Neuvirth should be ready to take over Defense:6/10- you have decent depth but I really don't see any top pairing guys there. You're in tough for offence coming from those guys. Forwards:8/10- For this season they're not all that special but in the next few seasons, as they develop, you should have a terrific group there. Really three scoring lines if you feel like it. Overall Depth: 7/10- If you had a more solid group of Dmen you'd have a much better grade in my opinion. Maybe get rid of some of your younger forwards for some good Dmen now... you could surprise.
For GM Ability to Win a Trade: I don'tt think i've dealt with you before and haven't really followed your swaps Easiness to Deal With:
Forwards: Marleau – Thornton – Gaborik Ryan – Couture – Knuble Mitchel – Wellwood – Ferriero Nichol – Draper – Brule
Scratch: Eager
Defence: Boyle – Murray Alzner– Vlasic Montador - O'Brien
Goaltenders: SG: Niemi BUG: Greiss

For Team Goalies: 8/10 Niemi and Greiss are a good goaltending duo. Defense: 8/10 Boyle, Alzner, Vlasic. That's great. Forwards: 7/10 Cool first line and Ryan is good and in the 2nd line but after that it's kinda not the best lines ever. Overall Depth: 7.75/10 Actually pretty good.
For GM Ability to Win a Trade: 6/10 Won one, the other one was just fair and no one won. Easiness to Deal With: ?/10 All the players I want from you are untouchable so we can't really try to deal so idk.

Goalies: 9/10 Fleury is a great starter and Johnson is solid. Defense:7.5/10 Not bad at all, but could use a bit of an upgrade. Forwards: 10/10 Hard to argue with your forward depth up front with probably four of the best players in the game today. Overall Depth: 9.5/10 Could get a bit of an upgrade on D.
For GM Ability to Win a Trade: 9/10 I liked that trade for Crosby. You got yourself two extremely dangerous lines because of it. Easiness to Deal With: ?/10 We haven't made any deals yet!
Mike Cammalleri - David Legwand/David Desharnais - Brian Gionta Clarke MacArthur - David Legwand/David Desharnais - Rene Bourque Ryan Smyth - Andrew Cogliano - Nick Spaling Max Pacioretty - Lars Eller - Niklas Hagman *Legwand and Desharnais will be tried in both positions. Desharnais currently leads rookies in goals and has been having an excellent start to his season.

strengths: depth on D and franchise goaltending weaknesses: top 6 is very weak. no high end talent. suggestions: trade some of your depth to land a big name star for your first line. overall rating: 6/10
ability to win a trade: 5/10, the plekanec trade is questionable since D wasnt your biggest weakness, and plekanec was a reliable player to have easiness to deal with: havent dealt with you yet!

For Team Goalies: 9/10 - Ward will get you where you need to be and you got Peters coming up in the farm. I think Ward can get it done.
Defense: 8.5/10 - You built a solid core around Pronger, Pit, Quincey, Corvo. But it seems you lack the young depth that you will need in a couple years. Faulk and Joslin look promising, but thats really all I see without looking into them more.
Forwards: 9/10 - I really like your forwards core, Parise, Carter, Briere, Cal. Your 4th line isnt bad either. I like this from 1st-4th.
Overall Depth: 7.75/10 - Not too, too bad, but if a couple guys get hurt, like they are, your team could be in rough shape.
For GM Ability to Win a Trade: 9/10 - Very good GM. Cant argue with that. Easiness to Deal With: 9/10 - I havent really completed a deal, but it seems like he knows what he wants and usually gets it.
LINE 1: Brad Boyes - Steven Stamkos - Shane Doan(Hit and Grind, 60 Seconds) LINE 2: Alexander Frolov - Chris Drury - Tyler Seguin (Passing Plays, 50 Seconds) LINE 3: Sean Bergenheim -Derek Roy - Brayden Schenn (RunNGun, 40 Seconds) LINE 4: Jochen Hecht - Nathan Gerbe - Chris Neil (Hit and Grind, 30 Seconds)
